Its location in San Cristobal de las Casas was good and great, close to the ADO bus terminal, the center and the market and the central park. Booked a room for shower-wifi.

The rooms were fairly quiet for shower-wifi, really enjoyed it.

The staff we met were not so helpful.

We got a room with a bath. We had a private bathroom. The location was marvellous and favourable, really close to the central park, transport and restaurants and an easy getaway. Furthermore, really close to everything.

Staff were super helpful with luggage storage and changing our room at short notice. GREAT location for exploring the city.

My room was fairly quiet and exceptionally nice thanks to the helpful staff. Greatly enjoyed the room for shower-wifi, my bed was very comfy. Everything here was perfectly fine. The location of the hotel was particularly good and great, close to bus station. Moreover, it's next to transport and restaurants, the center and the market, and an easy getaway.

Everything there was perfectly fine and the staff were friendly. The location couldn't be more good near the ADO bus terminal. Luckily it was close to La Parola Cafe, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

amazing location, friendly staff, and great service. The previous stay in San Cristobal de las Casas was nothing special, but Dulce Luna made our long term stay exceptional. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated, especially with the room change and baggage storage. Definitely exceeded expectations!

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas for a few nights. The staff at Dulce Luna were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They changed our room at short notice to ensure we had two separate beds, and they even stored our bags for us after check out. The location of the hotel is great, with little stores and the central park nearby. The guy at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. a pleasant stay in a well-located and welcoming hotel.

I recently stayed at Dulce Luna for a few days while exploring the city. The location was excellent, with convenient access to nearby shops and the central park. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by changing our room to accommodate our request for two separate beds, without any additional charges. Additionally, they graciously stored our luggage after checking out, allowing us to comfortably explore the city until our bus departure. a great experience at Dulce Luna with a friendly staff and a convenient location.

The rooms were quite small and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax.
